I don't know what's more hilarious about this clip -- the photographer holding his junk in one hand and the camera in the other (actually, that's a little unsettling) or the rapper taking an accidental dive into the ocean. Forget about beefing with the East Coast or West Coast... this dude just has beef with the coast.
