Just so you know what you are getting into, Mud Factor is a 5K run through the mud at Baja Acres in Millington.  It's right around the corner of Saturday, June 30th.  There will be some pretty badass mud obstacles, a giant water slide, and of course beer and live entertainment.  Maggie and Chris are probably in the worst shape of anyone in Flint -- if they can do it, so can you.  They have a plan too, interns planted every half mile with beer and cigarettes (hopefully anyway.)  So again, no excuses!    Check out the video below to see what we are up against.
