Santino Guerra, 19, Becomes Youngest Flint City Council Member Ever [VIDEO]

After the election on Tuesday, Flint has elected the youngest city council member to ever serve. Santino Guerra beat out other candidates to become the council member for Flint's 3rd Ward. 

After getting 100 signatures to get his name on the ballot, Guerra went on to beat the city council president.
