Shocking Video of 3-Year-Old Being Bullied by Kids [VIDEO]

Is this a race case, bad parenting or just one of those things that kids do? I think it's a bit of all the above but either way it's heartbreaking to watch this little girl get bullied. This video originally got posted on facebook under the title "When white people piss black people off". that was the only thing that turned it into a race case.The first time I watched this video it was the original and in it's entirety and I was outraged but after hearing both father's discuss it, seems like they have it handled.

In this next video you will hear from the parents and it might cool you down a bit but I still ask why was that little girl riding around in the street alone? That is what makes me so damn angry.
