Exciting News: Two New Restaurants Coming To Genesee County In 2025

Two new restaurants are opening in Genesee County in 2025.

Social House and Smash House Gourmet will take over Flint's former Burger Bar & Tap location, which closed earlier this year.

Smash House Gourmet is a takeout restaurant featuring American classics like smash burgers, hot dogs, and more. Smash House also has a location at RailYard Fenton, which will reopen in Spring 2025.

Social House will feature gourmet food with a laid-back feel, craft beer options, and cocktails. Private events will also be an option at Social House.

When will Smash House Gourmet in Flint open?

The target opening date for Smash House Gourmet in Flint is Thursday, January, 2nd, 2025.

When will Social House in Flint open?

Social House in Flint is set to open on Monday, February 16th, 2024.

Hours for both have yet to be released, but we will keep you posted.
