The Leonid meteor shower peaks tonight, offering Michigan sky-watchers dark, clear conditions for bright shooting stars.

A very bright green flash lit up the northern Michigan sky at 11:13 PM October 29, and witnesses across Mid-Michigan, including Holly and the Flint area, chimed in.
