What Was The Fireball Zig Zagging Over Michigan Skies?
When you see a shooting star, it normally goes in a straight line, but that was not the case for a group of people near Ann Arbor.
The fireball moved in a very odd way from the start, which made everyone immediately think that this was not a meteor. It was moving slowly, but the real shock came when it actually started to turn! The video was captured Friday night in a parking lot in Ann Arbor.
If you watch the video closely you can see two darker objects that seem to be floating along with the fireball. Mlive did some investigating on what the object could be, and most experts agreed that it was not a meteor.
The people in the video talk about how it looks like a plane crashing, but there were no reported crashes in the area.
Oddly enough, there was a satellite that floated down to earth Friday night landing in Merrill. Could it have been the same thing? The camera person did say that she was facing north when she recorded the fireball, but Merrill is more than 100 miles away!
I can't say for sure what it might be, but I do know that I won't be listening to any scientists or anything like that. I'll get all the answers I need from the comments on Youtube and Facebook!
