Last Saturday, June 5th, devastating fires ripped through downtown Lapeer. Since then many in the community have stepped up to help those impacted by the fires, and that includes Teriyaki Madness.

Tomorrow, Friday, June 11th, the crew at Teriyaki Madness on South Main Street in Lapeer, will be donating 20% of all sales from the day to families affected by the fires. I am sure if you wanted make a donation on top of your lunch or dinner purchase, that would be more than appreciated and totally awesome.

If you have never been to Teriyaki Madness, then tomorrow is the perfect day to go. Teriyaki Madness is locally owned and operated, featuring fresh ingredients, scratch-made sauces, and options for the pickiest of eaters. Teriyaki Madness has something for everyone from steak options to chicken optionstofu bowls and vegetarian bowls.  You can see the entire menu here. FYI - you cannot go wrong with a steak bowl, with noodles and fresh veggies, it's the bomb!

Tomorrow is a great way to support a local business and some local families in need. People in Lapeer County and Genesee County never cease to amaze me when it comes to helping each other out. It really is heartwarming to see the community come together in times of crisis. It is appreciated by those in need more than you know.

A big Thank you to Katie Catlin and everyone at Teriyaki Madness for your kindness and generosity.
