For the past few years, I've noticed my furnace starting to sound a little on the weird side. It starts a little harder than it used to and every year it gets louder and louder.

One of my biggest fears is having my furnace break down in the middle of winter. That would be an absolute nightmare. Because of this, I thought it would be a good idea to be proactive and talk to someone about what I should do before something really bad happens.

So I called the crew at Davison Heating & Cooling who came to my house and explained my best options for getting a new furnace. This is definitely not my field of expertise, so they explained things in a way that even I could understand. They explained how I could save on my energy bill and what type of unit would be best for my home. Honestly, they just made me feel like they actually cared and weren't feeding me a bunch of BS. I knew right away these were my kind of people, and this was the company I wanted to do business with.

While we were standing in my basement going over my furnace options, they pointed out that my water heater was more than 16 years old. I told them I've been meaning to get a new one but just haven't gotten around to it. That's when they informed me that they also install water heaters too. Bonus! If that water heater was to break, I'd be screwed because I have a fully furnished/finished basement. It would be a total disaster.

I'm really excited to get my new furnace/air conditioner and water heater installed. The guys are coming out in a couple of weeks for the installation.

Both of these projects have been hanging over my head for the longest time. Had I known how easy and affordable it was, I would have called Davison Heating and Cooling a long time ago.
