U.S. Coast Guard Search Lake Michigan For Missing 16 Year-Old

Two 16-year-olds were out in a boat near Holland State Park beach in western Michigan when it capsized during a turn on Sunday.

They say one was pulled from the water by a passing boater, the other didn't resurface after their small boat capsized.

The Ottawa County sheriff's department says the search continued Monday morning, but the focus had changed from a possible rescue effort to a recovery effort.

Authorities say the teens were from the Holland area and their names weren't immediately released.
