If you know me, you know I'm a chicken wing eating fool. It's the one thing I order just about every time when I go out to eat at restaurants. I'm not talking boneless here, I'm talking traditional, bone-in chicken wings

I was going to write an article on who I thought had the best chicken wings in the area but there are way too many restaurants for me to visit each one. This is why I'm here asking you who has the best wings in Genesee County and surrounding areas?

When I think of chicken wings there are a few places that immediately come to mind that are kind of my go-to places if you will.

My go-to places for wings:

The Red Baron in Burton - They have killer buffalo wings as well as a variety of others. I don't know what it is but there is nothing better than an ice-cold beer and buffalo wings from The Red Baron.

Kickers Sports Bar & Grill Grand Blanc (technically it's Flint) - If you're looking for a variety, Kickers has it...hands down. They have plain, bbq, sweet chili, hot, cajun, inferno, boom-boom, caribbean jerk, cilantro lime, garlic parm, honey bbq, horsey peppercorn, teriyaki, lemon pepper, mediterranean sea salt, spicy garlic, and western spice. See, I told you! The only problem with going to Kickers is deciding what kind you're going to get.

Redwood Steakhouse and Brewery in Flint - I freaking love their chicken wings! However, these aren't your typical wings, they're JUMBO and they're amazing. I mean these suckers are the size of a toddler's arm. You can get them naked or tossed in their house-made barbecue or hot sauce. Mmmmmm, so good!

Yes, there are a lot of places that have great wings but those are the ones that always come to mind when I have a craving for wings which is pretty much all the time.

Whether you dip them in ranch or blue cheese (I do both), doesn't matter. What matters is where your favorite ones come from.
