Woman Going To Trial Over Red Plastic Testicles

You can't make this stuff up!

A South Carolina woman will stand trial over a set of red plastic testicles (Truck Nutz) she had dangling from the back of her pick up truck.

The woman is fighting the $445 fine in court.

Yahoo News is reporting that South Carolina law believes the fake balls to be obscene.

Who is the woman being charged?  A 65 year old named Virgina Tice.

Attorney Scott Bischoff is representing Ms. Tice free of charge and had this to say, quote:

"She's such a sweet lady and she just says 'I don't want to pay the fine.' We'll let a jury decide whether this is really criminal behaviour. I don't want to take away from the importance of free speech, but it's really comical."

Damn right it is comical.  As well as a waste of time in my opinion.
