That sexy little number Meytal Cohen is back with another cover song -- this time she is banging out 'I Stand Alone' by Godsmack. While I have never been a big fan of Godsmack, I do like this cover -- maybe that's because Meytal is smashing the drums and not Shannon Larking (not that Shannon is a bad drummer, I just have a soft spot for Meytal.)

‘Star Wars’ Lightsaber Battle Flashmob in New York City
Not too long ago, in a city not too far away... There was a disturbance in the force, as many New Yorkers embarked on a mission to join more than 500 people in Washington Square Park for the second annual New York lightsaber battle.

Man Kills His Mother for Not Getting Him Tickets to See Avril Lavigne
A Carol Stream, Illinois man is getting his day in court after allegedly killing his 61-year-old mother after she wouldn't get him Avril Lavigne tickets. 39-year-old Robert Lyons supposedly got angry with his mother -- Linda Bolek, 61-years-old -- when she wouldn't call a friend to get him skybox seats to a 2008 Avril Lavigne concert. ‘Mass Casualty’ Air Race Crash in Reno, Nevada
A World War II fighter plane crashed at a popular Air Race in Reno, Nevada, reports the Chicago Tribune -- injuring more than 75 people and at least three were killed. The plane crashed into the stands at the National Championship Air Races at about 4:30 p.m.
According to the Chicago Tribune; the plane involved in the crash was Galloping Ghost, No. 177, flown by Jimmy Leeward, a real estate developer from Ocala, Florida. Watch the video of the crash and find out more after the jump.
