10 Year-Old Boy Gets Tattoo in Facebook Video

Last week a video surfaced on Facebook of a 10-year-old boy getting tattooed by a 16-year-old while sitting on his mother's lap. As you can imagine, people are outraged by the video.

According to WABC, the boy's mother allowed him to get the tattoo but police say it's not yet clear who should be charged or what crime, if any, was committed. In the video below, the police officer says the boy told him he was the one that wanted the tattoo. I don't give a crap if that kid was the one that wanted the tattoo, he's only freakin' 10-years old. He's not old enough to make that decision.

Personally, I feel there should be some sort of charges made against the mother and the "tattoo artist." I mean you can't just go around tattooing children, someone has to be held accountable.
