Massive Tattoo Convention Takes Over Lansing This April

At the end of April, hundreds of tattoo artists, collectors, and spectators will gather for three days of live tattooing in one epic weekend. Whether you're getting inked, showing off your tattoos, or just taking it all in, it's gonna be a wild time.

A lot of people think tattoo conventions are just for tattoo artists, but I’m here to tell you that couldn’t be further from the truth. Whether you’re new to tattoos, a die-hard enthusiast, or just curious, tattoo conventions offer something for everyone.

The Lansing Tattoo Convention is packed with awesome stuff all weekend long. You can catch the Apprentice Showdowns, where the newest artists go head-to-head for bragging rights. There’s also the Mr. Tattoo City, Ms. Tattoo City, PinUp, and Beard & Mustache contests, always super cool to watch. If you’re into live piercings, Threads of Flesh and Needle & Nerve will have you hooked (get it?). Plus, Glenn “NUBS” Morrison will perform an acoustic set. Also, don’t miss the Tattoo of the Day and Best of Show awards, and lots more.

The Lansing Tattoo Convention will take place from April 25-27, 2025.

• Saturday 11 am - 11 pm 
• Sunday 11 am - 8 pm

The event will be held at the Lansing Convention Center, located at 333 E Michigan Ave, Lansing, MI 48933.
