A Genesee County restaurant has announced a rebranding.

The spot opened as an upscale Italian restaurant in downtown Fenton in February 2019. Fast forward to 2025, and the restaurant is still serving pasta dishes, but now it has added steak and chops to the menu as well

New menu selections aren't the only change at Andiamo Fenton, the restaurant has also announced a new name: Andiamo Pasta & Chops Fenton.

It has been a minute since I visited Andiamo, but I do recall great service and a cool atmosphere. You can see the revised menu here.

Andiamo Chef Jim Opatt recently visited ABC 12 to talk about the Easter brunch buffet that will be available at Andiamo Pasta & Chops Fenton on April 20th, 2025. The food looks and sounds amazing.

Andiamo Pasta & Chops Fenton also features banquet areas, outdoor dining, and a sommelier to recommend the perfect wine pairing with any dish at the restaurant.

Although the restaurant is not 'new' per se, Fenton has become quite the food destination with the addition of the following restaurants:

  • Leroy's Lounge
  • Honcho Fuego
  • The One Eleven (coming soon)
  • RailYard Fenton

RailYard Fenton recently opened its outdoor park area featuring two new restaurants for the 2025 season, Taco Gorilla and Bad Wolf.

If you haven't yet visited Leroy's Lounge, I recommend the wings and the double cheeseburger, both pair perfectly with a Hamm's Beer.

As for the new Honcho Fuego (formerly the Fenton Fire Hall), order the Baja taco and a margarita.

One of the many reasons I love living in Fenton is the food scene.
