I  love the fact that Flint's Atwood stadium will no longer sit unused during the winter, due to the recent construction of a huge outdoor ice skating rink. According to ABC 12, it took 30,000 gallons of water and four truck loads to cover the rink and will be open to the public as soon as the water sets.

I haven't put on a pair of ice skates in probably 30 years (man, that makes me sound old) but as soon as they give us the green light I'm going to take my son down to Atwood to do some ice skating and ass busting.
