Ben & Jerry’s Now Serving Doggie Desserts [VIDEO]
What a great time to be a dog. Not only can you share a beer with your best friend, Ben & Jerry's has just introduced Doggie Desserts.
The ice cream giant is serving up two delicious frozen treats for your pooch,
- Pontch's Pick features peanut butter and pretzel swirls.
- Rosie's Batch features pumpkin and mini cookies.
You may be wondering if dogs can even eat ice cream. The answer is no. According to Ben & Jerry's, their Doggie Desserts are made with very limited amounts of dairy, so they are perfectly safe for your dog to enjoy. These frosty treats for dogs are made with sunflower butter, which is dog-safe.
If you are wondering if you can try these tasty treats too, the answer is yes. Ben & Jerry's does say both Pontch's Pick and Rosie's Batch are safe for human consumption. If you have additional questions or concerns, click here for additional facts and information on each of the new frozen treats.
You will find Ben & Jerry's Doggie Desserts in the frozen food aisle (near other frozen desserts) sometime this month. You can buy one cup for $2.99, or a pack of four for $4.99. I will let you know when I see them in stores, please let me know if you see them first.
