Cancun Mexican Restaurant Second Location Opens Monday

Last night I stopped at Cancun Mexican Restaurant in Fenton for a margarita, chips & salsa, and dinner (in that exact order). When I was paying my tab, I asked the owner when he would be opening up Cancun 2 in Linden (Argentine). To my surprise he whispered 'Monday', as in this Monday, June 14th. Yeah!

In case you were not aware, a second location has been in the works for quite some time. Cancun 2 is located on Silver Lake Road in Linden. Although I mentioned Argentine above, I know some of you will come at me for saying the restaurant is in Linden. The mailing address for Cancun 2 is Linden, so I am going with that.

Lake residents will be able to cruise over and dock their boats at the restaurant, but even if you don't live on the lake, you can still sit outside and enjoy the view. Picture yourself on the deck enjoying chips and salsa, tacos, and an ice cold margarita(s) all summer long.

I have been to the Fenton location several times. They offer quite a few house specialties like the Fajita Chimichanga and Carnitas Arandas. When it comes to burritos Cancun has you covered there too. It's hard to pick a favorite burrito, by I do love the Classic Burrito with steak, shrimp, lettuce, tomato and guacamole. Per usual last night my boyfriend Nick ordered the Burrito Preferido - you choose grilled steak or grilled chicken, with chorizo, shrimp, pineapple and cheese sauce on top.
