Children Left in Hot Car in Fenton, Rushed to Hurley Medical Center [VIDEO]

A two year-old and a 4 month old were rushed to Hurley Medical center this week after their great-grandmother accidentally locked them in the car.

According to ABC, she accidentally left her keys in the car while strapping the boys into their car seats. When she closed the door, the car locked.

Neighbors outside Georgetown Park Apartments in Fenton say they were leaving their apartment when an elderly woman approached them and asked for their help to unlock her car. They then noticed that the infant was convulsing and having seizure-like symptoms so they decided to bust out the window.

Fenton Police say the two boys are expected to be okay.

Accidents happen all the time and even though this was an extremely severe accident, that's clearly what is was.
