Cop Tells Teens That ‘Doobies Make Boobies’ [VIDEO]

You cannot make this stuff up. A Canadian police officer that was part of a drug awareness panel told students that smoking pot lowers testosterone and 'doobies make boobies'.

The unidentified officer went on to say that 60% of 14-year-olds are developing ‘boobies’ due to smoking marijuana. WTF? The York Regional Police Department has since apologized for the misinformation.
