Excitement Builds As Costco Prepares To Open In Mundy Township

The Costco in Mundy Township is among the most highly anticipated store openings in Michigan.

Costco Warehouse offers bulk items at discounted prices, including food, home goods, jewelry, toys, tires, and more.

Excited guests can now visit the new Costco to sign up for a membership. However, the official shopping opening date is Thursday, March 13th, 2025, at 8:00 AM.

There are two Costco memberships to choose from,

• Gold Star: $65 Per Year
• Executive: $130 Per Year

If you sign up for a Gold Star Membership with automatic renewal, you will receive a $20 Costco gift card.

Those who sign up for the Executive Membership with automatic renewal will receive a $40 Costco gift card.

Although I have never been inside a Costco store, I know two of their most popular customers. Machine Shop owners Kevin Zink and Johann Hoelzle are frequent shoppers, and their Costco Instagram stories are always a big hit!

Some people will be lined up on opening day, while others plan to wait until the excitement dies down a bit. However, I believe the excitement will last quite a while; people are thrilled to have a Costco in Flint.
