If you have lost someone to suicide, you are not alone. As a matter of fact, I don't know anyone that has not been affected by suicide. I am tearing up as I type this, thinking of the people that I knew personally that are no longer with us. If you have struggled with suicidal thoughts, I want you to know that you are not alone and I am glad you are here. In case you have not heard it today - you matter.

Trust me when I tell you I am no stranger to Crust. From long brunches with multiple mimosas to delicious dinners with many glasses of wine, I have pretty much had their entire menu from cookies to sandwiches and everything is always delicious. I will definitely be making it a point to be there this Friday, I hope you do as well. Every penny counts from a round up on a cup of coffee, to a round up on your lunch bill.

If you or someone you know are struggling right now, there is help. Do not be afraid to ask. You can call the National Suicide Prevention Hotline at (800) 273-8255. It does get better.

Thank you to Crust for hosting this event. Hours on Friday are 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM. If you are unable to make it - you can donate on the Crust website. I thank you in advance for your generosity.
