Detroit Man Fatally Shot After Dropping Son Off at School

A man was shot in killed just moments after dropping his son off at a Detroit school earlier today.

The man had just dropped his son off at Mark Twain Elementary-Middle School when the shooter, wearing an orange hoodie, entered the vehicle or it's possible he was a passenger. He was shot and killed right outside the school. Luckily his son was already in the school at the time of the shooting.

According to NBC25, The suspect, a male, ran away from the scene. Police believe the victim and the suspect knew each other.
