Drunk Chinese Guy Gets Caught Up In, Falls From Power Lines [VIDEO]

Plenty of people gathered to watch, and apparently video tape, as a drunken Chinese man somehow ended up hanging from a set of power lines in Northern China. As you'll see in this video, narrated by a very dull and dry-sounding British lady who has no idea how to do play-by-play, despite being completely housed this guy seems to have a bit of a clue that he's in a situation that may be a little more than problematic. What I'd like to know is how'd this guy even get up there in the first place? Is this guy some kinda of drunken ninja as well? Or is it just an ancient Chinese secret.
