Flint City Council Issues Moratorium For Late Water Bills [VIDEO]
Last night the Flint City Council had a special meeting to address unpaid and late water bills and liens on Flint homes. Thankfully, they were able to issue a moratorium to help aid residents.
Hopefully this will last, but Mayor Weaver and a few others still have veto power with the moratorium.
