Flint City Council Meeting Ends In Shouting Match [VIDEO]

A Flint City Council meeting was cut short over the weekend. A shouting match between members was the cause of the meeting ending early. 

Tensions are high in Flint with an election tomorrow. Also, the council members are still trying to come to a long-term agreement on the city's water source.
