Flint Firebirds “Pucks for Paws” Event is Friday, Bring the Family Dog
The Flint Firebirds are back in action Friday and the whole family, including the dog, is invited.
On Friday night, the Firebirds are up against the Sudbury Wolves at 7 pm. Be sure to get there early because it is the first-ever "Pucks for Paws" where you can bring your family dog to the game.
Here is what you have to look forward to before the game:
- A dog leash giveaway for the first 300 dogs in attendance.
- Paw Patrol characters Chase & Marshall will be there from 6:30 pm until 8 pm.
- Official Firebirds' "Players & Paws calendars for sale with proceeds going to the Humane Society of Genesee County along with a 50-50 raffle.
- A chance to win a Family 4-Pack of tickets.
If you want to bring your dog to the game you must bring a current dog license and rabies vaccine shot information (will not accept just a tag.) Seating for the dogs will be in sections 16 & 18 only. Dog tickets are $10 or you can bring a donation of dog/puppy food, cat/kitten food, cleaning supplies, or dog/cat toys. A dog relief area is located outside behind section 14 and all dogs must remain on a leash no longer than 6 feet.
