Flint Firebirds UAW/United Way Night Is Saturday

Saturday night, the Flint Firebirds are back in action and it is UAW/United Way Night.

The Flint Firebirds will take on the Guelph Storm at 7 pm tomorrow night (February 23rd.) It is also the 4th-annual United Auto Workers/United Way Night. All UAW member will receive a $5 discounted silver level ticket with a valid ID. To claim yours, just head to the Dort Federal Event Center Box Office.

Be sure to get there early to catch the first of two games at 3:45 pm. It will be Team UAW against Team United Way for the annual 'Live United Game.' Your ticket to the 7 pm Flint Firebirds game will act as your ticket for the afternoon game.

To raise money for the United Way, there will be a silent auction going on during the Firebirds game. Some of the auction items include United Way team jerseys, an autographed Tom Brady photo, autographed Red Wings photos, and more. Also, all of the 50-50 and chuck-a-puck proceeds will benefit the United Way of Genesee County.
