Flint’s Masonic Temple Up For Sale For $500,000

Here is a heads up to all the entrepreneurs and business folk looking for a prime spot in downtown Flint. The Masonic Temple is on the market for $500,000.

We recently put on a comedy show featuring Bryan McCree which turned out to be a great night. Now, the future of the building is uncertain now that it is on the market.

The 100-year-old building is located at the corner of Saginaw Street and 4th Street in Flint. It is also listed in the State Register of Historic Sites for historical and architectural significance.

Hopefully, this will open the doors to something great in the downtown area. It would be such a waste to sit there vacant.
