Side Tracks Bar & Grill in Lapeer closed in February of 2023, and now it appears the Lapeer County spot may be opening for business again.

A sign outside of the business on Lake Neppesing Road reads as follows,

Bartender, server & cooks needed

A contact number, (810) 358-7773 is also posted on the sign.

My first thought was perhaps the sign was never changed since the business closed. I was wrong. According to postings on the Lapeer News & Discussion Facebook page, this is indeed new information.

Another post indicated that the business had no buyer, and the current owners may reopen the popular bar and grill.

For now, the reopening of Side Tracks Bar & Grill seems to be up in the air. This post will be updated if any new information is made available.

Here's to hoping the doors do reopen, and we can enjoy fun, food, drinks, and live music at Side Tracks Bar & Grill in Lapeer again.
