Longtime Detroit Newsman Rich Fisher Dead at 67

Former WXYZ-TV anchor Rich Fisher passed away this week at the age of only 67.

He worked at WXYZ-TV from 1979 to 1990 before moving to WJBK-TV and WKBD-TV.

I remember growing up and only having only a few local channels to watch and WXYZ was one of those channels. As soon as I first saw the article about Fisher passing away, I immediately recognized him. He just had one of those faces that you don't forget, not to mention he was a great TV anchor.
