Man Dies After Police Put Him in Chokehold [VIDEO]

I don't even know what to say here since I don't have all the facts. I guess this 400 pound man is being accused of illegally selling a cigarette and had just broken up a fight. After police refuse to listen to his side of the story, they take him down hard. You can hear him say that he couldn't breath and that's the last thing anyone heard from him because he died right there. Again, I don't have all the facts but to me it seems a bit excessive.
