McDonald’s Serving Free Meals To First Responders And Health Care Workers

Starting today, anyone working in the health care field, and all first responders, can get a free ‘Thank You Meal’ at McDonald’s.

The meals will be available for drive thru pick up. EMS, healthcare workers, police officers, and firefighters are being offered one meal a day until May 5th. Proper ID is required.

According to ABC12, breakfast options include an Egg McMuffin, Chicken McGriddle, Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit. Each sandwich comes with a hash brown and drink option.

Lunch and dinner choices include a Double Cheeseburger, Filet-O-Fish, or Chicken McNuggets. Each selection comes with a small fry and drink.
