Michigan Lawmaker Dies In Motorcycle Accident

Is it me or does there seem to be an unusually high number of motorcycle accidents lately? Regrettably we have another one to report. A three term Michigan lawmaker, Rep. Peter Pettalia was killed while riding on M-33 South in Montmorency County.

Not many details have been released regarding the accident. Although summer will be coming to a close soon, there is still plenty of time to ride. Please be aware of your surroundings when driving or riding. Let's look out for each other.
