Michigan Student Commits Suicide Inside Of School

This is absolutely heartbreaking. An eighth grade boy committed suicide this morning at Davidson Middle School in Southgate. The school superintendent is reporting that the young man was found in the bathroom by another student. His death was the result of a gunshot wound.

For obvious reasons the boys name is not being made public. What is being said is that he was a good student and was somewhat popular. It is so sad to think at such a young age he felt there was no other option. Obviously I have no idea what he was dealing with, but something like this makes you want to hug your kids a little tighter if you have them.

My thoughts are with this young mans family.
