Mississippi Police Chief Caught Smoking Weed on Camera [VIDEO]

Now before anyone starts arguing over whether or not weed is good or bad, let's just take this video for what it is. Its a police chief in Mississippi blown out smoking weed. 

To me, the video is pretty damn funny. I have so many friends that act like this when they smoke. He wasn't on patrol and wasn't hurting anyone, however, I can see the arguments for both sides.

Here is where I have to mention that this is my personal opinion and this isn't meant to start a war. In my mind, he smoked some weed and was relaxing. The job of a police officer is unbelievably stressful and I can blame any of them for trying to find a way to chill out. To me, this is harmless.

No matter my feelings, there are laws in place and I'm sure he will be paying for what he did.
