MMR Ambulance Goes Off Bridge Into Creek In Saginaw County
Michigan State Police are investigating an accident in Saginaw County that left one man dead and two in the hospital after an ambulance went off a bridge into a creek.
The incident happened this morning around 7 am this morning. The bridge is right near the corner of Gary and Lincoln Road in Saginaw County. The ambulance was involved in a crash with another vehicle which is what caused the emergency vehicle to drive off the bridge.
The bridge over Misteguay Creek is about a 30-foot drop to the water. A life flight helicopter and extra units were called in to help during the incident. According to reports, two people are now in serious and critical condition after the accident.
The incident remains under investigation.
