Excitement Grows For Nuevo Vallarta 2 Opening In Flint

It appears Nuevo Vallarta 2 is getting closer to opening in Flint.

The new restaurant was announced in November 2022, and since then, the second location has undergone a complete interior and exterior renovation.

The second location is at 2500 West Hill Road, a spot you might recognize as the former Sushi Land, or for longtime locals, the old Maxie's Food & Spirits.

Fast forward to 2025, and after years of hard work, Nuevo Vallarta 2 is expected to open soon. A recent Facebook post suggests the highly anticipated restaurant could open by early June, if not sooner.

I'm especially excited to check out the outdoor dining area at Nuevo Vallarta 2. The amount of work that’s gone into transforming the place is truly impressive.

As soon as the official grand opening date is announced, I’ll be sure to share it. Judging by all the buzz on social media about the new Nuevo Vallarta 2, I know I’m not the only one counting down the days.

Just writing about Nuevo Vallarta 2 has me craving a taco and a margarita. Fortunately, the original Grand Blanc location is open to satisfy those cravings while we wait for the new spot to open.
