Officer Arrested For Slitting Dogs Throat [VIDEO]

A Baltimore officer has been charged with a felony and animal cruelty after he killed a 7-year-old Shar Pei, by slitting its throat. Police had responded to a dog biting call, but are calling the victims injuries 'superficial'. The dog was contained by officers, before its throat was cut.

As with any story, there are always two sides. However, things are not looking too good for the unidentified police officer.
