Wolverine fans won't have to walk too far this year for their trips to the Big House.

Good news for Wolverine fans that are planning on attending games this year. TheRide.org will be providing FootballRide shuttle busses throughout Ann Arbor on game days. That means a lot of fans will be able to avoid traffic congestion and expensive parking fees close to the stadium.

Where will the board locations for the FootballRide shuttle busses be?

For those wanting to take the busses in Ann Arbor to the game, the shuttles will be operating in the North, South, East, West, and Downtown areas of the city.

  • West Shuttle (Purple boarding location)
    • Boarding locations include the Wyndham Garden Ann Arbor, Weber's Ann Arbor, and the Miller Road Park and Ride Lot.
  • Downtown Shuttle (Blue boarding location)
    • Boarding locations include the following:
      • Bell Tower Hotel
      • Graduate Ann Arbor Hotel
      • Michigan Union
      • Fletcher Street Parking Structure
      • Fourth & William Parking Structure
      • Residence Inn Ann Arbor Downtown
      • Pizza House on Church Street
      • Forest Street & Church Street Parking Structures
      • Thompson Street Parking Structure
  • South Shuttle (Green boarding location)
    • Boarding locations are available at the Sheraton Ann Arbor Hotel, Red Roof Inn, Ann Arbor - U-M South, and The Kensington Hotel
  • East Shuttle (Orange boarding location)
    • The boarding location for this shuttle is at the Ann Arbor Regent Hotel & Suites
  • North Shuttle (Red boarding location)
    • These boarding locations include the Holiday Inn - U-M North and Plymouth Road Park & Ride lot.

When do the FootballRide shuttles run?

The FootballRide shuttle busses run approximately every 20 minutes starting two hours before game time. The last shuttles to the game leave 30 minutes before kickoff. After the game, the shuttles will run for roughly one hour.

How much are the FootballRide shuttles?

Tickets can be purchased using exact cash payments or by purchasing tickets through the app. The shuttle prices are listed below.

  • Adults
    • One-way - $1.50
    • Round-trip - $3
  • Seniors (60-64)
    • One-way - $0.75
    • Round-trip - $1.50
    • Seniors 65 and older and persons with disabilities are free
  • Youth
    • One-way - $0.75
    • Round-trip - $1.50
