Two Detroit Men Suing Police And City For Alleged Unlawful Arrest [VIDEO]

Back in May, an alleged unlawful and rough arrest was made by two Detroit police officers. Two men were at a local gas station buying cigarettes when the arrest was made. 

Now the men are seeking compensatory and punitive damages in an upcoming jury trial.
