Woman Knocked Around By Cops After DUI Arrest, Brutality or By the Book? [VIDEO]

Florida resident, Christina West was arrested for alleged DUI by Tallahassee police in early August. Now dash cam video of the arrest has made its way on to the internet. State Attorney Willie Meggs is calling the footage 'very disturbing.'

As of now, the Tallahassee police have made no comment. I warn you you, the videos are graphic. Take a look and let us know what you think. Is this brutality or by the book?
