Zatar & Olive, the newest Mediterranean restaurant in Genesee County, is officially open, and people can’t stop talking about the food.

From comments online to personal recommendations from people I know, this new Davison spot is already building a reputation as a local favorite.

Zatar & Olive is conveniently located at 415 North State Road (M-15). Hours are as follows,

  • Monday: 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM
  • Thursday: 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM
  • Friday: 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM
  • Sunday: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Guests can choose from a variety of food options at Zatar & Olive, including appetizers like Hummus & Chips, Zatar Fries, and Zatar Bread.

Sandwich selections include Chicken Shawarma, Beef Shawarma, Kafta Sandwich, and more. Tabolui and Fattoush Salads are also on the menu.

Did I mention the Rice Bowls? There seems to be something for everyone at Zatar & Olive.

I don’t know about you, but I’m really looking forward to checking out Zatar & Olive, and there is a good chance I will go today.
