With the holiday weekend approaching, the last thing you want to hear about is a beef recall but that's exactly what's happening.

According to ABC12, Aurora Packing Company, Inc., of North Aurora, Ill., is recalling about 62,112 pounds of raw beef products out of concerns that the products may be contaminated with E. coli.

No one's reported being sick yet which is a good thing but it's better to be safe than sorry. So if you have a fridge or freezer full of beef from this list, you should throw em' away or return to the point of purchase.

If you're going to a holiday gathering this weekend and they're serving up some beef, you probably should mention this recall to them. The last thing you want to deal with is dehydration, bloody diarrhea and abdominal cramps for 2 to 8 days. Yeah, no one wants that.
