Breaking News: Bernie Sanders Suspends 2020 Presidential Campaign
Sen. Bernie Sanders has announced he is ending his presidential campaign.
The announcement made in a phone call with campaign staffers has been rumored to be coming since Sanders recent poor performance in crucial primaries.
With stepping aside, Sanders has now pretty much cleared the way for former Vice President Joe Biden to secure the Democratic nomination and position him to take on President Donald Trump in November.
No word on whether will officially endorse Biden moving forward.
