Bong Prank on Cops: To Funny Or Too Far? [VIDEO]

So the guys from VitalyzedTV decided to go out and trick the cops into thinking they were smoking weed by hitting a water pipe with tobacco right in front of them. Naturally, when the when the cops see this they take action, and, they're a little amp'd up and some of their tactics may be a bit forceful. My question is, is this "To funny" or are these guys going "Too far" and asking for trouble from the cops.
