These BK employees probably aren't "down with the King" after being tricked into smashing out the windows of their workplace in response to a prank call.

When I worked in a restaurant, we'd always pull pranks on new employees, but nothing this savage. I guess that's the advantage of pranking employees of a place you don't work at.

According to reports, it was a relatively normal day at the Coon Rapids, Minneapolis Burger King when the staff received a phone call from a "fire official." The "fire official" was able to convince the workers that there was a gas leak in the building, and to avoid an explosion they would need to break the windows to reduce the amount of pressure building inside the structure. It's a pretty fascinating thread of BS, but it's BS nonetheless.

The employees, who likely aren't big fans of Bill Nye the Science Guy, were satisfied enough with that breakdown of events that they began to smash the windows of the BK with tire irons. That's when onlookers began filming the bizarre event. I mean, how often do you see people busting out the window at a Burger King? Hint: The answer is 3 times. This prank has also been successfully used on a California and Oklahoma BKs this year. Might be time for a new employee screening process there, guys.

So far no arrests have been made, but police do have their eyes on one "person of interest" in the case...
