Keys in the ignition and the car running, I think you can still get a DUI for this, right? This dude had to be so messed up!! It's a good thing that he was too drunk to put the car in drive. Then again maybe in his drunken mind he thought he was racing someone, with the roar of that engine, I'm going with that theory. What a tool!
