Flint Police Shoot Aggressive Dog After It Killed a Puppy and Bit a Man [VIDEO]

A man was walking his puppy yesterday morning on Flint's East Side when he was approached by a very aggressive dog that started running towards them. The owner then picked up his puppy for fear the dog would attack. Even though it was in his arms, the dog attacked anyway killing the puppy and biting the man.

According to ABC12, the police arrived and shot the dog several times but it still managed to get away. As of last night, the dog was still missing.

If you own a dog that is seriously this aggressive, it needs to be on a chain or locked in a fence. Obviously pets get away from their owners all the time, I get that but come on. No one should own an aggressive pet especially in a rural area.
